Shalhoub Law Injury & Accident, the West Palm Beach law office of attorney Paul R. Shalhoub, collects only what it needs to answer you: your name, how to reach you, and what you tell us about what happened, plus the ordinary technical record any website keeps.

What you send us
When you use the contact form, we receive the name, phone number and email address you type, the type of claim you pick from the menu, your message, and your confirmation that we may contact you. If you call or email the office, we receive whatever you tell us.
The form delivers your message by email to Paul. The website does not keep a copy of it.
What the website records on its own
Like every website, this one receives your IP address, your browser type and the pages you ask for. The company that hosts the site uses that to deliver the pages and to block abuse. The site sets no cookies of its own.
How we use it
We use what you send to answer you and to decide whether we can help. We do not sell your information. We do not share your phone number with anyone for text-message marketing or for any other marketing.
Who else handles it
A few companies handle information only so the site works and your message reaches us.
- Cloudflare hosts the website and protects it from abuse.
- Resend delivers contact-form messages to us by email, and Microsoft provides the firm’s email, where those messages arrive.
- Google supplies the fonts the pages use, shows the map on the home page and the contact page, and supplies the Google reviews. When a page loads a Google font or map, Google receives your IP address and browser details.
The links to Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok and other sites lead to places with their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
What not to send
Nothing you send through this website makes Paul your lawyer, and we cannot give legal advice through it. Keep the first message short: what happened, when, and how to reach you. Please do not include medical records, account numbers or passwords. For anything urgent or sensitive, call (561) 208-5058.
How long we keep it
We keep an inquiry for as long as we need it to respond to you and to meet our professional and legal obligations. If you sent us a message and did not become a client, you can ask us to delete it.
Your choices

Security and children
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so for anything highly sensitive, call us.
